GI Joe Promotion?

the Minneasota Twins are giving out GI Joes as promotions for their game tonight. They are doing it to honor the US soldiers currently fighting around the world.

Peace groups like the "Friends for a Non-Violent World" say that it is not a "credible way to honor those who've suffered the inhumanity of war."

Well Gee Whiz guys.. Instead of sitting on your butt being a participant of a "non-violence" group, why don't you let the people who are fighting in the miliatary decide if this giveaway is a way to honor them. If they say that it is innappropriate, then I would agree.

Plasma TV help.

Ok.. i'm in teh market for a new plasma tv. I had a small unexpected (ok.. slightly expected) sum of cash free up and I'm determined to buy a plasma. Those with information as to what is important to look for and what is considered a good buy, please let me know about it. I'm looking in the 3-4k range. Thanks in advance.

In terms of relationships.. what is worse?

when you are angry with the person.
or
when you don't care enough to be angry with the person.

My guess would be the later. Because that means you have moved on. I have. And i'm no longer angry with her when she screws up.. It's sad because i thought so much of her.. Still do, but i realized last night when she blew me off (again), that i didn't care. I was completely and honestly ok with it and did my own thing.
