I must bitch....
after all, it is the point of the blogosphere right?
Anyway.. I don't mind group work. I don't mine ineptitude. I don't even mind ineptitude in my group... As long as I am told ahead of time. But what I do mind is the inept wasting my damn time, demanding face to face meetings, and then wasting everyone else's time by contributing nothing but long extended dosages of verbal diarrhea. Thanks people.. Thanks.

In case you haven't seen it yet, Austin Scott, the highly-touted running back at Penn State University was accused of rape over the weekend.
Now. I'll admit that I don't know how true the allegations are, but he's come out with a statement that it was consensual, while my friends who do know him at PSU all claim that he might be the nicest guy on the planet. Now... my gripe does stem from him being accused of rape, but what I'm furious about is that our media continuously allows those in the spotlight to be blamed first, killed in the light of public opinion, without anything that person can do.
I was furious about what happened to those Duke Lacross players last year. (they forfeited a season where they could have won a National Championship), and were roasted by the town of Durham, and any NAACP member Jessee Jackson could find.
The Miss America thing where they found "racy" photos of the winner on her Facebook page..... It's just a girl in college trying to have fun!
But this wild-west mentality of shoot first, ask questions later is really causing harm to those poor souls caught up on the wrong end of things.
and there really is nothing we can do too... because the media can always fall behind editorials and freedom of speech. It's really disgusting. and I have no clue as to how to fix it.
Those Duke kids can't repair it, Austin can't either. Their images are permanently tarnished. and there aint a damn thing they can do about it.

Instead of taking the class and learning things I already knew about starting up, I should have just done what I always did.. Go online and search.

The first step is to admit you have a problem.
Well... I do damnit. I have a problem. These things are so damn addicting, and I completely blame Bayer for getting me hooked.
Bayer came to a career fair and were giving away many many bottles of these things... damn.. So good.. I've gone through 4 bottles in the THREE weeks since.

I think it's been at least 10 years since I've last watched SNL , taped or not.
but tonight's hosts and musical guest were too much to pass up. LeBron and Kanye.
I grew up in the hey day of Michael Jordan, and everyone in Chicago (and elsewhere) were completely blown away with him. Well.. unless you were a Knicks/Pistons fan. =). But... I could care less about LeBron. Is anyone else like that? I mean I think he's a brilliant athlete, but am I the only one who doesn't come close to idolizing Bron Bron?
Kanye on the other hand....

But... cheerleaders should not wear jackets while they are at work. Doesn't it defeat the purpose?
